WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with realtors accounts in California
- Training and educating realtors on FRM's Easiest Application System Ever (EASE), programs, products, guidelines and processes (no licensing required)
- Acting as your clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions
- Delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources and industry updates
- Championing your Realtors Partners and striving to make every loan a success story
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of loans to meet and exceed sales goals
- Monitoring the performance of accounts in your pipeline
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Required:
- Licensed as a Mortgage Loan Originator through the NMLS. We have discounted pricing to help you get started
- Confident communication skills and professionalism over the phone and face-to-face
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office, CRM's and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to take feedback and be coached up with the desire to get better every day
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take accountability
- Self-motivated and a positive attitude
- A desire to succeed financially (earning six figures and above) and work in a competitive sales environment
